We do not offer refunds on orders. However, should you wish to make an exchange, we are pleased assist you or offer you store credit.
To initiate an exchange, please contact deb@deborahmeyersexperience within 48 hours of receipt. Please title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number. Returned packages must be received by us within 72 hours of initiation. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.
