All U.S. orders qualify for free 2-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your orders. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM PST will be processed that day and ship within one business day.
